Using this website confirms that you accept these terms and conditions regardless whether or not you choose to purchase from us.We make this website available to you for the service of delivery of flowers, plants, gifts and other items under the Floral Explosion brand.
This legal notice applies to the entire contents of this website and to any correspondence between us and you.

Pricing and Payment
All prices include VATPayment can be made by all major credit cards and debit cards including American Express. Payment will be debited when you submit your order. If your transaction is rejected we will contact you to advise.
When you confirm your order, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions within.
Your order
For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details requested, including full delivery details, post code and telephone number. Your order will only be processed if full details are provided.Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details, if you enter a correct e-mail address. All costs will be charged at the cost of the date on which you place your order.
We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued an email confirming your order.
Due to seasonal and market availability we reserve the right to change all or some of the flowers, plants, gifts or packaging with an item of equal or greater value without notice. Please be advised that colouring of flowers or plants can vary seasonally and your computer monitor and photographic processes may show colours differently.
Some flower bouquet or plants contents may be harmful if eaten and some items may be a skin irritant.
Flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure the longest possible vase life as part of our strict quality control
Cancellation
Cancellations can not be made within 2 days of order date (as we would have already ordered your flower direct from Holland)Delivery
Orders within a seven mile radius of our stores in Longfield and Bluewater, excluding Essex, will be made personally by our in-house florists and delivered personally by one of our drivers.Orders outside our delivery area will be made via teleflorist or by a courier service. A signature will be required for courier deliveries.
International order will be processed via Teleflorist.
For local deliveries, should the recipient be away at the time of delivery we will try and leave the order with a neighbour and leave a card advising of the orders location. If there is not a suitable neighbour, a card will be left stating attempted delivery with a request to phone us to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time.
We do not deliver on Sundays (apart from Mothering Sunday) and bank holidays.
All deliveries are made between 9.30 am and 4 pm. Although we will always try to delivery at a stated time we can not guarantee timed deliveries. (unless it is for a funeral)
For courier and Teleflorist orders we are bound by their own terms and conditions. Please email us requesting their terms and conditions.
Flowers sent to hospitals and business addresses will be delivered to the main reception. Hospital deliveries must state a full name and ward name.
It is the senders responsibility to check that a hospital allows living flowers and plants. If the hospital refuses the order, as a gesture of good will we will re-deliver a fruit basket to the same value, but we are not obliged to inform the sender.
Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address and the postal code, of the recipient. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.
It is the senders responsibility to ensure that all order for funerals state a funeral time and correct delivery details.
Purchases of gifts containing alcohol may only be made and received by persons of 18 years or over. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion.
Force Majeure
Neither we, Teleflorist or the courier or postal service shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.Personal messages
Any messages posted by you on your card or sent by us on your behalf to a third party will not contain anything which could be construed as harassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable.Returns policy
Due to their perishable nature, flowers and plants are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
